Situated about 10 miles from Glasgow, International Airport is the most important in Scotland. This field is the hub for the light passengers flights to the schottische islands. British Airways, Loganair, FlyBe, BMI and Fly Globespan are based at Glasgow. Some charter flighrs are operated by Thomson Fly, Monarch, Thomas Cook and Firts Choice. There is a terminal at the south of two runways who cross like a “X” called 23-05 for all the traffic, and 28-10 for very light planes. There is no cargo but sometime a military plane.

My trip to Glasgow began at Manchester, i flew aboard the BMI flight BD391 (Embraer145 G-RJXA). At Glasgow terminal, i walked direction west to the runway 05 to take pictures. What a surprise in the afternoon, a heavy plane 777-300 Emirate regular flight !When the sun turned, i flew back to Manchester with the BMI flight BD392 (Embraer145 G-RJXO).
